Our trip to Charlottesville, VA

Josh and I went to Charlottesville, VA to visit my brother, sister-in-law and nephew this past weekend. We had a great time. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. Keith and Josh got to play a round of golf while I went to the Dogwood Festival with the girls and Hunter. Our nephew just turned 2 and is the funniest little guy - he's super smart, too! He can count to 13 and can sing his ABCs - seriously, he can get to about G and then sings the song and picks back up around P and sings to Z! Thanks Keith and Catherine for having us! Can't wait to see you - hopefully soon!

13 Weeks and Blooming

Spring is in the air and I'm feeling so much better! The campus is finally alive with half dressed students out on the lawns throwing Frisbees and kicking soccer balls. Josh and I even had a picnic lunch today! I feel as though I'm blooming as well...my pants are definitely not fitting around the waist these days. I'm constantly having to double check that I'm not exposing myself to everyone when I get up from my desk! It's exciting because it makes it feel even more real. Here's my first "belly shot". I promise to post pictures of the magnolia and cherry blossom trees I walk past everyday! I'm so thankful for SPRING!

We are thrilled to share our exciting news --- we're having a baby! We're due October 26, 2008. We had the opportunity to share our news with our parents and a few of our closest friends in person last weekend. Since we're 1,500 miles away, we will share our journey with you through this site!
